What is your return policy for furniture and rugs?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Please note that furniture, oversized items, and rugs must be in original condition. A 15% restocking fee may apply to certain returns, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
How long will it take to receive my order?
In-stock items typically ship within 3-5 business days. For larger furniture pieces, delivery usually takes 2-4 weeks via our White Glove Delivery service, which includes assembly and packaging removal.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Lulu and Georgia ships exclusively within the contiguous United States. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Because we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, we have a very limited window for cancellations. Please contact our support team within 1 hour of placement to request a change.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if an item arrives damaged, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos of the damage and the packaging so we can arrange a replacement or repair immediately.
